What it does
The remote gives you volume, program changes and quick access to a favorite setting on buttons you can feel without looking. It runs on a replaceable cell battery, so there is nothing to charge, and it comes with a lanyard so it does not get lost down the side of a chair.
We fit a lot of these. Small buttons on a device behind the ear are difficult with arthritis or reduced feeling in the fingertips, and an app is no help to someone who does not want a smartphone. This solves both.

Will it work with my hearing aids?

Common questions
Do I need a smartphone as well?
No. That is rather the point. The remote works on its own and needs no phone, no app and no account.
What happens when the battery runs out?
It takes a replaceable cell, so you swap it rather than charge it. We stock them.
Can you set it up for me?
Yes, and we will label what each button does if that helps. Adjusting the setup later is quick.
