Finding us
We are on N Marietta Pkwy NE, the GA-120 loop that runs around downtown Marietta. Coming from Cobb Parkway or the Square, stay on the loop and watch for the suite numbers. Suite E has parking immediately in front of it.
There are no stairs and no lift to negotiate, which is deliberate. The waiting area is small, and you will usually be seen at your appointment time rather than after a queue.
What to bring to a first appointment
- A list of your current medications
- Your insurance card, if you have hearing coverage
- Your current hearing aids and charger, if you have any
- Any previous audiogram or hearing test results
- Your reading glasses, for the paperwork
- A family member or friend, if at all possible. They notice things you cannot.

What are your opening hours?
Monday to Thursday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Friday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Closed Saturday and Sunday. Call 770-590-8662 to confirm holiday hours before driving over.
Where do I park?
Directly outside Suite E, at ground level. No parking deck and no stairs.
Is the office wheelchair accessible?
The entry is at ground level with parking immediately outside. Call ahead with any specific access needs and we will accommodate them.
Do I need an appointment?
For repairs, clean and check, filters and supplies, yes, during opening hours. Hearing evaluations and fittings need an appointment because they take a full hour.
