A remote microphone and an audio input in one unit, for previous-generation hearing aids.

What it does
Clip it to the person you want to hear and their voice comes straight to your hearing aids, cutting through the background in a way no hearing aid setting can match. It also takes a wired audio input, so it doubles as a way to connect equipment that has no wireless option at all.
That second function matters more than it sounds. Tour guides, some conference systems and older audio equipment all still use a headphone jack.

Will it work with my hearing aids?

Common questions
What is the difference from the Mini Remote Microphone?
The Plus adds a wired audio input and a little more range. The Mini is smaller and simpler, and for pure conversation many people prefer it.
Can I clip it to my own shirt?
It is designed to go on the person you want to hear, not on you. Worn on yourself it mostly picks up your own voice.
Does it work in the car?
Very well. Clip it to the passenger or place it in the console and road noise stops competing.
