I have been using hearing aids for about 30 years. I was having trouble with the microphone on my current one and decided it was time for a new one. I was pleased with the whole experience. My current hearing level was checked and well explained by the audiologist. He explained what I needed to hear better and gave me options. Since my insurance only covers one hearing aid for each ear the decision is important. He sent me home with a brochure about the recommended hearing aid so I could think about it. I liked that I didn't feel pressured. I now know what I need, can do the research and know that I can go back and feel comfortable with my purchase and follow up care.

Very good service. Mark was great at explaining what he was doing. He explained what to expect from the hearing aids. Explained the test results in plain language so I could understand. He took his time with me he did not rush me in and out. Asked if I had any questions he did not answer. My experience with Mark was very good and comfortable speaking with him.
